WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. Levitate Sneaker Boutique Is a consignment shop, meaning most of the items we carry and offer in-store and online are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or instore, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO SALES SHALL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A VALID UNEXPIRED ID. ALL CREDIT CARD SALES MUST HAVE A NAME THAT MATCHES THEIR ID.
